Support in developing study programmes
There are many reasons for developing a degree programme: Do you want the programme to grow, develop further and absorb new impulses? Perhaps there are exciting topics that students should learn in the future? Or perhaps there are challenges - be it in terms of student satisfaction, an increased drop-out rate or an upcoming accreditation? Then the degree programme team is faced with the challenge of further developing the degree programme in a future-oriented way.

Support with applications for third-party funding Teaching
Acquiring third-party funding for teaching projects is a relevant and important way of making your own teaching and the university's teaching structures innovative and sustainable. The resources acquired make it possible to try out new approaches and to network in the community of designers for innovative university teaching. The RDI provides support in identifying suitable application options, combining (initial) ideas with didactic approaches and designing projects worthy of funding.

Supporting newly appointed professors at the start of their teaching career at the university
New at the university? In the newly appointed staRTyourProfessorship programme, the RDI accompanies and supports the area of didactics in the "Teaching module". Here, newly appointed professors are supported in the many challenges they face in their (usually new) role as a university lecturer - through individual counselling, reflection on teaching skills, job shadowing and regular group coaching sessions.
