Borrow from other libraries

If a book isn't in our collection, you can order it via interlibrary loan!

Interlibrary loan (ILL) is a service that allows you to order books from other libraries. If you are unable to find a book in our library catalogue, click on the "ILL search" tab, select the desired title and then click Proceed to interlibrary loan".

Your order will be forwarded to a library that holds the book, and the book will be sent to the Learning Centre. As soon as the book is ready for collection, you will receive an e-mail notification. You can then borrow the book for the normal four weeks before returning it to the Learning Centre. Unfortunately, it is not possible to renew the loan.

Tip: you can also use interlibrary loan to order journal articles!

An interlibrary loan costs 1.50 EUR. Books take one to two weeks to be delivered; articles are available within a few days.

Feel free to contact us if you want to place an interlibrary loan or have problems with the order. Alternatively, you can always suggest a purchase!
